you was a mother of 7 of which 4 where girls and 3 where boys many granchildren you had you was a much loved lady through out her life she had an open door where anyone could come inside and tea was readerly available she was a shoulder to cry on for many includeing myself many times i came to you shareing my fears and my pleasures you were always there with a comforting cuddle i feel so proud that you where my nan i loved you more than life itself you made my world what it is today A grandmother's job never ends. Many grandmothers in our society step in to raise children when their mother is unavailable. Even in the best of situations, having a grandmother to help with child raising and to provide a softer touch is often a welcome intrusion. The other side of the issue is that grandmothers have to realize when it is time to step back and allow the young to make mistakes and lovingly be there to pick up the pieces if all goes wrong and join the joys of a job done well you were my nan you were my life you are always in my thoughts I LOVE YOU NAN
